A surprise addition to the team in recent weeks has been Wayne Slygh. Many other managers would have written Wayne off, proclaiming age is not on his side. However, VC Montpellier's manager, known for his odd approach to managing and hiring riders eagerly took on the chance to work with possible England's strongest puncheur. After a handful of races, and training going well, it appears Wayne is well on his way to becoming a more well rounded puncheur, as well as the strongest Englishman on the hills.
A proud day for VC Montpellier.

Congrats :) , keep a lookout for the hilly WT race ;)
Woop! :-D
First ever WT appearance for a English rider from VC Montpellier.
11. Wales Aberystweth - Llanelli (WT) #4 WT England :) (as team mate for Tomkins who won the race :D )
None unfortunately. Hence domestique duty calls.
And his FR potential? That is very important for a puncheur.
Unfortunately he's not... Only small in climbing and sprinting, and a good in TT. Other than that, it's a bleak outlook. He will likely be consigned to the domestique role for the majority of his career. Hopefully with a bit of climbing though he'll one day make it onto the National Squad, though I have my doubts.
Climbing is next, with downhill following.
He looks like he's a good prospect. What are his potentials and what are you training next?
